The Staunton Harold Hall
The Staunton Harold was once a hamlet, with just a dozen houses in all. In its long history, ownership of Staunton Harrold hall has changed many times. Its recent owners won it at auction in 2003 and have made it into the fabulous place you see today. The hall is unsurprisingly a grade one listed building whilst its surroundings are grade two making it perfect for wedding photography!
Very exclusive as a wedding venue, Staunton Harold hall is only available twelve times a year and only between April and October. To photograph a wedding here is not only a rare opportunity, but a fantastic one too!
Although there are no bedrooms on site, there is the Deer park lodge on the estate close by. Suitable for a large family and with access to the whole parkland and estate we cannot think of a better way to spend the weekend.
Civil ceremonies can be held in the saloon on the first floor followed by wedding receptions downstairs in the grand hall. With the maximum number of guests being 100 in the day and an extra 50 in the evening, Staunton Harold hall can cater for your most perfect day.
You can make full use of the acres of land, lakes and the picturesque bridge for your wedding photographs. This really is a very special and loved home which can make for the most romantic wedding venue in Loughborough. Play the piano on the Grand hall and let the master of ceremonies treat you like royalty in your new house… Yep we wish it was our new house! Well it can be for a day- let’s pretend.
The great thing about Staunton Harold is that it is always open, the park, the garden centre next door and the cute little boutiques and cafes. So when you family grows and your wedding anniversary comes around again, visit, remember and create more memories there.
