Wedding Photographs at Beaumanor Hall
Beaumanor Hall is a little further from us than we would like and therefore, we don’t get to take many wedding photographs at Beaumanor Hall. Boooo. It is SUCH a lovely wedding venue – Definitely worth a visit if you are still looking for your wedding day.
The summer came (finally!) and after spending time with Bronia and James on the run up to their wedding day and hearing all of their FAB plans, we couldn’t wait for their day to start. An early start was in order, mostly as we couldn’t sleep, a little like children at Christmas! We met Bronia at the house she grew up in close by to Beaumanor Hall. An hour of wedding preparations followed, including a tour of such a wonderful garden for photographs before we left the girls and met the guys in the local pub.
A quick bite to eat for all before it was time to head to Woodhouse, (not Woodhouse eaves) to the Church a beautiful Church indeed. Soon, bride and bridesmaids arrived in true style and headed in for a wonderful, personal service.
It was on the way out of the Church that things became a little different from the norm. There was an Ice cream Bike waiting patiently to serve all with flavours chosen by the bride and groom. What a lovely surprise for all, including us!
Confetti followed, before we headed by car to the outskirts of the village to photograph the village sign, complete with Bride and Groom. This wasn’t as strange as it sounds…. By complete coincidence, the groom’s second name was also shared by the village. How cool is that! A village that named itself after you. Indeed.
Wedding Photographs at Beaumanor Hall was next on the agenda as we followed the sweeping driveway to the front of the hall. The gardens were used for a few informal group photographs, to include a large group of all also. We dodged the showers too, heading in for a round or two of Mums wedding quiz – perfectly timed! As guests enjoyed an array of garden games, we snuck our happy couple away for a few romantic wedding Photographs at Beaumanor Hall for a few moments before it was time for speeches and the wedding breakfast.
Later into the evening, there wasn’t a first dance, but there was cake cutting, before the Bride and Groom left in style – waived on by all of their guests as they headed there and then onto their honeymoon! Perfection.
